Sarah is a  co-founder of Namaste Healing & Meditation.  She is a certified yoga instructor and Tibetan Cranial Practitioner, teaching and practicing in the Evergreen community for the past several years. Her desire to help people heal themselves has been  a source of drive and inspiration for her becoming an excellent practitioner in helping people through private sessions, classes and retreats.

Sarah holds a degree from Washington State University and is an active member of the Tibetan Cranial Association. She resides in Evergreen with her husband, two children, a few cats and Jack the dog.

Denisa is a co-founder of Namaste Healing & Meditation. Her passion for spiritual development has been present as long as she can remember. Denisa has had the great fortune to study intensively with numerous amazing gurus and masters the last 20 years such as Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Deepak Chopra and Sadhguru, broadening her knowledge of various traditional as well as alternative pranayama, spiritual and healing techniques. Her most influential and life changing teacher is the mystic Almine who with her genius and unprecedented teachings changed Denisa’s life to one of greatness and miracles, gifting her with several spiritual abilities. Denisa enjoys sharing transformative knowledge with others through various practices and healing methods.

Before establishing Namasté Healing and Meditation, Denisa was the founder and CEO of a medical software development company. Denisa holds a B.A. from Simon Fraser University, Vancouver, Canada, and attended the Masters program at Atlantic University, Virginia Beach, VA, in the field of Transpersonal Studies.

Susan Burback

Dr. Susan Burback, DNM, BD, is a Board-Certified Dr. of Natural Medicine and Dr. of Bioenergetic Medicine through the American Naturopathic Medical Association. 

Bioenergetic Medicine is an emerging field focused on utilizing the best of new technology and understanding of energies of the body and applying both new applications of energetic frequencies and classic homeopathic and herbal strategies to allow the body to regain a state of homeostasis. 

Dr. Burback uses several different modalities, including Bioresonance, Auricular Therapy (Frequency stimulation applied to ear acupressure points), nutrition, homeopathy and herbalism.  

Dr. Burback studied at the Institute of Bioenergetic Medicine, where she earned her doctorate degrees. She is also a Master Herbalist and studied herbal medicine in Scotland and Ireland.  

She specializes in complex autoimmune dysfunction and dysregulation, as well as biotoxin illness from mold exposure, Dysautonomia and POTS, chronic infections like Epstein-Barr virus and Lyme disease, chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia; thyroid issues and chronic gastrointestinal issues.

Jessica Johnson

Licensed Occupational Therapist

Jessica Johnson, MS, OTR/L is a licensed occupational therapist specializing in pain relief, brain injury, and scar tissue release. Over the last 10+ years she has developed a holistic approach that focuses on balancing the nervous system in order to reduce acute and chronic pain and stress. Stress and the nervous system play an integral role in pain and the body’s ability to heal from trauma, and is often the missing key to pain and dysfunction in the body.

Jessica specializes in utilizing various modalities, depending on the individual's needs, to provide effective and lasting pain relief, and improved physical function and range of motion after injury or surgery. She provides personalized care by working collaboratively with clients  to identify and address the root cause of their pain or discomfort.

In addition to treating pain and scar tissue restrictions, Jessica specializes in treating people with brain injuries/concussions, using MPS Concussion Recovery Therapy and manual therapy techniques, which reduces or eliminates post-concussion symptoms. She is trained in MPS Dolphin Neurostim (including Concussion Recovery Therapy, Scar Release Therapy, Vagal Nerve Stimulation & Lymphatic Restoration Therapy), John F. Lisa Fudge Smith, DiplOM, LAc, MSOM, has been serving the Evergreen community since 2008.  She treats a variety of conditions including hormonal imbalances, headaches and migraines, digestive issues, insomnia, anxiety, depression, sports injuries, stress, chronic fatigue, allergies and much more. 

Lisa's unique, comprehensive services are founded on 4 years of clinical training and several intensive internships, 8 years of counseling experience  and 15 years of practice in acupuncture and oriental medicine .

Lisa specializes in teaching people about the connection between their physical health, their emotions and mental state, and their history. She has specialized training in pulse diagnosis and treats deeper cause of imbalances resulting in symptoms.

Robin List

Robin List, LCSW offers a diverse range of psychotherapy choices to meet your individual and family needs.

Specializing in adolescents, adults, and trauma survivors of all ages, Robin whole-hardheartedly honors the ability of the body and mind to heal. 

Robin is trained in EMDR and helps individuals and families treat traumatic pasts that cause pervasive distress in the here and now. Robin also conducts mental health assessments for people seeking immigration status.

Robin has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) since 2010. In 2006 she obtained her Masters in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Denver, Graduate School of Social Work where she was later hired as an adjunct professor. Robin studdied history and international relations and has a BA from Goucher College in Baltimore, MD. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). 

Robin is also a Brown Belt Nia Instructor and offers classes at Namaste. Neuromuscular Integrative Action (Nia) combines martial arts, dance arts, and healing arts for a dynamic physical workout and  mindfulness practice. Nia is based on the pleasure principle--through movement we find health.

Peggy Donnelly

Peggy is a Nationally Certified Massage & Bodywork therapist with over 20 years of experience in alternative health.  She specializes in re-educating the body through touch, energy and communication between the client’s mind and body.  She is also a Reiki Master, a 300hr Yoga Therapist, Yoga Teacher, and a certified Sound Healer. 

A student for life, Peggy enjoys learning new skills to create a well rounded practice that offers a wide range of healing modalities.  Rehabilitation from injury, stress release, spiritual reconnection, connective tissue therapy and overall wellness are some of the ways she works with her clients to reach their goals toward health and wellbeing.

 Peggy loves living in Colorado and all the outdoor activities it has to offer year-round.  From hiking, paddle boarding to skiing and more.  Nature is her love language.  Colorado speaks it fluently.
