MEDITATION Class: Every Tuesday - Friday 9-10am. A meditation class created to fully balance the physical body, mind and spiritual body through meditative therapeutic poses, powerful breath exercises and deep guided meditation. This class is suitable for everyone. Personal adjustments will be offered as needed.

Mindfulness Yoga and Meditation: Mondays 5:00-6pm

Therapeutic Healing Movement: Monday 9-10am, Wednesdays 12-1pm. Explore movement that can reveal and alter habits responsible for chronic stress or pains and facilitate recovery from injury. Students will learn to strengthen muscles, safeguard the spine, protect their hips and lower back, build balancing skills, improve the health and flexibility of joints with blood circulation exercises and safe resistance-training postures. This class offers lots of personal support including mindful breathing techniques and guided meditations. You will: increase flexibility, improve circulation and posture, reduce stress, find greater balance, decrease stiffness, deepen your breath, increase your focus and better your sleep. 

Yoga:  Sarah's Yoga Tuesdays 12-1pm, Yoga Flow 1 with Katherine Sundays 4:30-5:30pm, Moving Body Mind & Spirit with Denisa Thursdays 1-2pm. A variety of Asana classes. Description of each specific class is available under each class.

Qigong: Saturdays 9-10am. 5,000 Year-old Chinese practice, the parent of Tai Chi,  designed to cultivate life force energy and cleanse your 5-element organ systems. Gentle movement, breath and mindful focus are key. For any level of fitness.

Belly Dancing: Thursdays 10:30-11:30, 11:45-12:45 and Sunday 3-4pm  A variety of Belly Dance classes from beginner to more seasoned. Description of each specific class is available under each class.

NIA Joyful Dance: Tuesdays 10:30-11:30am and Saturdays 10-11am  Nia is an energizing barefoot cardio fusion fitness practice, that embraces the precision and power of the martial arts, the expression and fun of the dance arts, and the gentleness of the healing arts, done to soul-stirring world beat music. Health Benefits: increased energy, better blood flow, restorative sleep, increased metabolism, tranquil mind, happy attitude & awakening of intuition and creativity. You will leave smiling.

Kids & Tween Yoga: Fridays 4-5pm. Kids and Tween Yoga classes consist of everything you could ask for in an adult yoga class - Sun Salutations, Warrior Poses, Inversions, Twists, Stretches, Breathwork and Savasana - but it is all done in a fun way that resonates with kids and tweens. We include yoga games and a brief talk about a yogic/mindfulness theme each week. Your kids will leave class having exercised, relaxed and connected to other kids, and, most importantly, to themselves!
