Sarah is a co-founder of Namaste Healing & Meditation. She is a certified yoga instructor and Tibetan Cranial Practitioner, teaching and practicing in the Evergreen community for the past several years. Her desire to help people heal themselves has been a source of drive and inspiration for her becoming an excellent practitioner in helping people through private sessions, classes and retreats.
Sarah holds a degree from Washington State University and is an active member of the Tibetan Cranial Association. She resides in Evergreen with her husband, two children, a few cats and Jack the dog.

Denisa is a co-founder of Namaste Healing & Meditation. Her passion for spiritual development has been present as long as she can remember. Denisa has had the great fortune to study intensively with numerous amazing gurus and masters the last 20 years such as Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Deepak Chopra and Sadhguru, broadening her knowledge of various traditional pranayama, spiritual and healing techniques. Her most influential and life changing teacher is the mystic Almine who with her genius and unprecedented teachings changed Denisa’s life to one of greatness and miracles, gifting her with several spiritual abilities. Denisa enjoys sharing transformative knowledge with others through various practices and healing methods.
Before establishing Namasté Healing and Meditation, Denisa was the founder and CEO of a medical software development company. Denisa holds a B.A. from Simon Fraser University, Vancouver, Canada, and attended the Masters program at Atlantic University, Virginia Beach, VA, in the field of Transpersonal Studies.

Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy is an offshoot of traditional cognitive therapy that combines the strengths of a mindfulness practice with modern therapeutic methods to help clear the emotional blocks holding us back. Mindfulness allows individuals to find space between stimulus and response, this gives them the ability to pause long enough to choose how they want to respond to a situation rather than continuing to react in destructive ways. Julie also has certification in teaching Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, the most widely researched program known to reduce stress, anxiety and depression. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an eight-week program that introduces you to mindfulness practice in the form of sitting meditation, body awareness and mindful movement/yoga.
Julie holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters in Social Work from Colorado State University. She began her career at The Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN working with world renowned psychologists, mostly employing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques. More recently Julie has received extensive training in Mindfulness. Julie works from the idea that mindfulness is as important as exercise, sleep and a healthy diet for well being. Katherine Sumner is co-founder of Nourish Schools and co-creator of the Super Food Cards; a comprehensive guide to choosing, prepping and cooking healthy foods.
Having grown up in the Middle East and eating foods from around the world, Katherine understands the connection between what the earth provides and how it nourishes our bodies. After working in the health industry for several years and having her first child, she became more passionate about the ways in which our body can heal itself if given what it needs. Fascinated by holistic health and the life-changing benefits of eating whole foods, Katherine delved into the world of holistic wellness.
Her research led her to a program at New York’s Institute for Integrative Nutrition, then affiliated with Columbia University, and received a dual certification in holistic health counseling and nutrition. Paola grew up watching her mother and grandmother prepare concoctions for beauty, health and well being and putting together recipes that treated several different ailments. These treatments were not bought in stores, but rather prepared in the kitchen with all natural ingredients. She learned some of this traditional knowledge at home, and later complimented with Integrative Herbal studies of Ayurveda, Chinese and Western medicine.
