Meditation

MEDITATION Classes: Every Mon-Fri 9am-10am.  Monday evening 5:00pm-6:00pm. Drop in $10  or Monthly Pass. 

Our  meditation classes are created to fully balance the physical body, mind and spiritual body through meditative therapeutic poses, powerful breath exercises and deep guided meditation. We do not belong to any particular lineage of practice,  each meditation class is different.  The classes are suitable for everyone. Personal adjustments will be offered as needed.
